Dean Schloyer is the Global Head of Workplace Experience, with responsibility for Facilities Management, Travel and Business Services for BlackRock.
In this role, he leads a team of client-focused professionals to deliver a high-impact, productive and secure workplace for our staff and visitors daily. Dean has been at BlackRock since 2014, working in operations and risk roles in Asia and the United States. Prior to that, he worked at CBRE as their Global Head of Business Continuity and Crisis Management, helping them to develop a program to ensure resilient delivery of service to their clients globally. He has worked at Deutsche Bank in the United States and India in security and resilience roles and was a Deputy Commissioner at the City of New York supporting the development of a government customer service center.
